Please contact us at hello@jackandbo.com for any replacement or refund request, and don't forget to include a photo of the item/s you received. 

We can only process your free replacement request if you received a wrong/damaged item, or if the parcel is delayed for 30 business days, damaged or lost in transit. 

We will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days after you received the item. It must be returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid by Jack & Bo.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Jack & Bo) will refund the value of the goods as well as the shipping paid.
