Please got to our Return & Exchange Portal for any return, replacement or refund request, and don't forget to include a photo of the item/s you received.

Replacement or Exchange

We can only process your free replacement or exchange request:

  • if you received a wrong or damaged item
  • if the parcel is delayed for 30 business days, damaged or lost in transit
  • if you reported the issue within 48 hours upon receiving the order 

Returns and Refunds

We will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 48 hours after you received the item. It must be returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid by Jack & Bo.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed:

(a) a refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Jack & Bo) will refund the value of the goods as well as the shipping paid.
